1. Agreement to these Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the QuantAxis mobile application (the “App”) or any related website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing displayed in the App or on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. No content constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, derivative, or other financial instrument. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

QuantAxis is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading adviser, or money transmitter with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any foreign regulator.

3. Paper Trading & Simulation

By default, the trading bots and strategies inside the App operate in a simulated (“paper trading”) environment using market data. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and are hypothetical in nature. Past performance — simulated or actual — is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.

4. Your Responsibility

Any decision you make based on information, analysis, signals, research, or discoveries surfaced in the App or the Site is made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for doing your own research and for any financial outcomes resulting from your decisions. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment.

5. Accounts & Subscription

Certain features of the App require an active Pro subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store. All subscriptions are governed by the Apple App Store terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or canceled from your App Store account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the App's data or logic;
Misrepresent any content from the App or the Site as financial advice;
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the App or the Site;
Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Third-Party Data & Links

The App displays market data, news, and links from third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that content. Your use of any third-party site linked from the App is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, the Site, and all associated branding, designs, text, images, software, and AI-generated analysis are the property of QuantAxis and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, NOR THAT ANY DATA, SIGNALS, OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL QUANTBOT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on the Site. Your continued use of the App or Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
